Hello,
While building the page, I noticed that the page’s bookmarking tool doesn’t seem to be functioning. I can’t find the posts I’ve bookmarked in my account, as shown in the screenshot below. Please advise if it’s working. Additionally, if it’s not functional, I’m unable to delete it separately.
Thank you.
Hello,
the “Trends” category of my website’s large menu is not displaying, as shown in Figure 1 of the link below. I tried watching tutorials and realized that it might be due to incorrect page IDs in the menu options, as shown in Figure 2 of the link below. However, I don’t know where these pages are located, let alone their IDs. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this?
Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your assistance.
The submenu categories you created are correct, but the menu doesn’t have the large menu effect as in the original template. I’ve taken another screenshot of it. Could you please help me adjust it?
Thank you very much.
Hello,
as shown in the screenshot, the 8 sub-menus are displayed in the same list, which is incorrect. They should be displayed under their respective main menu. I have provided a correct mockup for reference.
Thank you!
Hello,
The website template looks almost exactly as it did when I purchased and installed it. The changes to the menu likely occurred towards the end of my website setup in the past few days. Despite following tutorials and your guidance, I’ve tried various experiments multiple times, but I couldn’t restore it. The adjustments you made today have altered the original appearance. The screenshot I’ve provided below represents the effect I need, which is also how the website template looked when purchased and installed.
Regarding the issue with the Trends and Diversity submenus not being properly categorized within their respective mega menus, please assist me in restoring it. I deeply appreciate your help, and I’ll also take the time to understand these settings in the backend so that I can learn to use them properly in the future.
Thank you.
Hello,
I’ve checked the plugins and found that there’s no conflict with the tagDiv template. The issue occurred when I was adjusting the hierarchical structure of the website menu. Since this menu belongs to a large menu segment of the main menu, I’ve tried various methods but couldn’t resolve it. Below, I’ve provided the backend management link of the website and an explanation of the website’s hierarchical structure. Could you please help me check the issue?
Thank you.

It appears that my website template has reverted to its initial state, resulting in the disappearance of all content. However, the website itself is still functioning normally.
Could you please advise on the steps to restore the missing content?
Hello,
Regarding the issue of social media content preview when sharing articles, I followed your guidance and conducted further research. I’ve discovered that the problem does not lie with Facebook’s settings. This is evident as when I share content within the Buddypress community, the preview appears as expected, as shown in the screenshot I’ve provided.
However, when sharing content from the website template to social media platforms, preview issues persist. Particularly on Twitter, the previews fail to display correctly. Given that Twitter is an essential platform for our daily sharing activities, I kindly request a reevaluation to pinpoint the root cause of the problem.
Thank you for your assistance.

I’m pleased to inform you that the issue has been successfully resolved. Following your advice, I discovered that the problem stemmed from using the latest version of the WordPress interface. Upon reverting to an older version, I was able to locate the date option as expected.
Thank you for your guidance and assistance.
Hello, I have sent you the relevant content as instructed via email. Please check your email and log in to the website management backend using the link provided in the email. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Thank you!
Thank you for your response and ongoing support. I have rechecked the suggestions you provided and followed the steps as described, but the issue with the user subscription page redirection persists.
As mentioned previously, my website does not have any caching plugins installed, and I have attempted to disable all irrelevant plugins except tagDiv in the WordPress plugin management, as well as cleared the website cache. However, the problem remains unresolved.
Given this situation, I kindly request you to review the issue once again and provide more in-depth support and guidance to resolve this matter affecting my website. If possible, please advise me on how to further diagnose and address this issue.
Looking forward to your response and sincerely appreciating your assistance and understanding.
Hi [Bettina],
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue with the subscription functionality on our website.
I’ve submitted two video recordings demonstrating the problem. They clearly show that after users input their email addresses, the subscription process fails to redirect them, despite the appearance of correct settings in the Tagdiv subscription feature.
Additionally, I’ve provided access to the subscription backend settings. The video examples showcase a scenario where a free email subscription is attempted, and all subscription and post settings are configured correctly. However, users still cannot be redirected to the subscription page.
In the subscription section, regardless of the email entered, users neither receive confirmation emails nor any subscription-related notifications.
Looking forward to your insights and further assistance.
