I believe there is something wrong with PAGINATION STYLE in LAYOUT SETTING under CATEGORIES menu. I have change the setting to be “Normal Pagination” instead of “Infinite Loading + Load More” OR “Infinite Loading”.

“Infinite Loading + Load More” OR “Infinite Loading” will not work if the posts are more than 10 post.

Proof is you as your attachment said there are only 10 posts and my argument is our posts are actually 21 as you can see in English version https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3qBQWGE_SJ5a3l0SGtTQVhSZjA and in Chinese version https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3qBQWGE_SJ5UVNBaHhxUUJTbTA

Kindly fix the bugs. Thank you.

That is impossible. There are actually 21 posts for Scholarship category. Attached is the archive screenshot of all post in Scholarship category for desktop version:
