but some of the sizes shown, such as for the default post show as 696 X 0 , what does this mean, it is 696 pixels wide by any height?

Also how do i change the default post features image position to make it central ?
i tried

thank you very much. Is there any way to make the image appear higher up the page, closer to the header, or both header and image for a post to appear a bit higher up the page so they are more visible when first clicking onto a post

Thank you. If I want to make the sidebar have a textured background, would i use code like this:

on this link https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/ the post template featured image is wholly visible whereas on my post page it only shows some of the image, how can i change things so its possible to see the whole featured image
