I’m experiencing the same issue, even after performing a completely fresh installation.

Currently, only Instagram follower counts are displaying correctly. Facebook and YouTube both show “0” followers, despite being properly connected.

What I’ve already done:

Added the YouTube API key

Confirmed the API key is active and not restricted

Completed all steps according to the documentation/instructions

Tested after a full new installation

Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Using a fixed follower count is not an acceptable workaround for us, as it requires manual updates and defeats the purpose of dynamic counters.

Is there a known solution or additional configuration required to correctly fetch Facebook and YouTube follower counts?

I added my API, and i added youtube videos ID sepparated by comas.
but my player stays black with no videos inside or option to play something.

I created API3 key as sugested in documentation.
But when i enter it in Youtube API configuration on theme settings i got:

NOTE:** This field should contain the unique URL for your undefined profile.
Please enter a valid URL.

i am realy interested to see this work done!

Full working facebook comments system is a must have nowdys!

Most of sites uses facebook comments system.

PLease consider to add this to theme support by default.

Its wery important to have Facebook comments counter working with theme!

I hoppe you will make this custom work and make it as theme standard feature.

It will make your theme even more better and old and new customers will love it.

And for the Guy who wrote about spam comments in facebook comments, you can turn on blacklisted words in facebook comments settings and you can easy block all spam users. And its not so easy open a lots of new facebook accounts.

For the moment i think its best possible thing to use facebook to fight against comenting spams.

And Since every1 on the earth got facebook account its simple and eassy for users to make interaction with your site, and they make it viral and helping you with promotion.

PLease add this feature as standard to your theme.

If some1 done custom work with facebook comments coutn working with default post counting stats, please be so kind and share solution.

I can not find Edit post, so i will use Replay.

I noticed that in theme panel> Adds > Header Add

when i enter code or shortcode and hit save settings i have Grey circle with checkmark inside and it look like its saved. But When i reload page and revisit Header adds area there is no code or shortcode inside.

It look like tis not saving anything entered there.
