I have used code to disable comments in the function.php file as below:

But the code is not working. I think cloud templates are not effected by this code or something need to be changed or added in the code.

I have changed the whole template and edited the template however there must be some issue with TagDiv composer because the tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin is not updating. I tried by deactivating all plugins including cache plugin but failed. I also tried to update the plugin from theme panel but updating failed. Some issues must be there with the TagDiv plugins.
I have sent the login credentials and FTP details through email. Please help to get rid of ant error.

It’s too much irritating. I have imported a page template from Tagdiv cloud and the error showing again. I am not able to edit the post template.
“Error at rows: 2(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Don’t you think it’s a bug or provide us a easy solution of this issue. I have already gone through the support topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/ but there no easy solution for that issue. The solutions given there are:
1. Clean the code. Recreate the element with the tagDiv Composer. If you need to add other items that are not present in the tagDiv Composer elements list, please use a “Column text” element.
2. If you already added custom HTML code inside a “description” section inside a tagDiv Composer item, make sure it’s clean and correct (no missing tags). Also, please consider removing it. We recommend you to do not insert HTML code in the page builder as it may cause issues and affect the way tagDiv Composer is functioning.

Now which code do I need to clean and what to clean is not clear. Also i didn’t added any HTML code because the error shows only after importing cloud templates.

Please provide me an effective solution.

I am also using Autopmize plugin with WP Super Cache.

In my case it’s not working. I am using WP Super Cache and excluded the cookie: tdb_favourites in “Rejected Cookies” box of advance settings. My site link is https://sitenest.org/wpress-extractor-for-windows-and-mac-extracting-wpress-files/

2. As per the screenshot the Remaining publishing rights is shown but in my case it’s not showing. The author subscribed an unlimited plan with 100% discount by applying discount code but the status is still showing as ‘Awaiting Payment’ and also the publishing rights is not showing. Will the publishing right show after a complete payment? and Why the payment status is showing as Awaiting where he subscribed with 100% discount code? Also he is able to post via WP Author area.

3. Paypal is working in my country i.e. India with Indian Rupee but while setup currency as Indian Rupee the message showing as – ‘PayPal does not support the current currency! Read more in the official documentation. PayPal will be disabled from the checkout page.’ https://prnt.sc/pDZFXs1MbyzC

Now how to add third party payment gateway in the payment options like Razorpay?

Please see the video where I logged in as an Author and able to see admin media and post. Also the review and locker options are available in the add new post editor. Content egg plugin options are also visible.

1. I am able to edit the Author template now.
2. The subscription plan and limits I have created previously. There are no issues. But the thing I mentioned in this thread is that the author/user couldn’t able to see the remaining post submission limits in My Account page. Rest all are ok like Subscription plan and payment info are showing fine except remaining post or CPT submission limits according to his subscribed plan.
3. Another issue I have found that there is only one currency available to set for payment. But the payment gateways in India only supports local currency for local residents and foreign currencies for citizens outside India. I set up Paypal but a notice is showing that Paypal doesn’t support Rupee(Indian Currency) so Paypal will be disabled. But Paypal accept local currency i.e. Indian Rupee for payment gateway in India for Indian citizens and $ for other countries.
So, please add the functionality to create plans with two currencies i.e. one with local currency and other with other currencies. OR please add Razorpay Payment gateway for India. OR please add the currency switcher for users to choose their desired currencies.
Please resolve these otherwise there will be no use of Subscription model.

I saw the screenshot you attached which also didn’t showed the contents after subscribing. This post has been edited with Tagdiv composer and contents are available there which you can see before subscribing.
Have you any tutorial about how to implement Content Locker in posts? Can you please check and let me know what’s wrong in the settings in this template by going through the admin area?

That I know but I couldn’t understand why the text formatting as per mobile editor is not showing in amp mobile pages

But I already created the content with mobile editor but the content is showing with text formatting in amp in mobiles. A link of my page is mentioned above.

Ok. Can you help this please?
1. I have created some pages with Tagdiv cloud templates but the contents are not showing in AMP or Mobile.
Then I pasted the contents on the mobile editor of that pages, now it’s showing but without formatting. Here is an example page https://news.cbshop.in/privacy-policy/amp/
2. I have added a section of disclaimer on the end of posts through template editor but it’s also not showing in the amp pages.

How to reslove these issues please suggest.

I think the Lightspeed is not fully compatible with the Newspaper theme. Page optimization with Lightspeed plugin breaking the site. I am using Lightspeed webs server and Quic.cloud CDN & cache service which need the Lightspeed plugin. Request to make it compatible for Lightspeed. Also the theme has some issues that causes high CPU load while loading a page or post. I searched everything, tweaked the server but nothing solved that. TTFB is high in the page speed console. Some pages consumes 90% CPU while loading a post. I have activated 26 essential plugins only( https://tinyurl.com/2ab22udm ). This actually disappoints me and stopped me to write articles instead searching for speeding solutions.

I am fed up with that actually. Searched for the images for 5 hours but didn’t found a single. There are no images in the background tab of theme panel, checked header, footer, background in the Tagdiv edit screen, checked attachment page, cleared cache and all but not found. Too much complicated theme function I have seen.

Thanks for the reply. I don’t know from where the GT Matrix getting those images. I have checked more deeply but not found the images. Please help to remove these images to improve page speed.
