Thanks Annamarie. So, as the standard tagdiv sort order filters won’t work for what we need, could we use tag slugs to manually order how our reviews to display in a specific order? Any advice?

Reusable elements (created for repeated use in Gutenberg when the client puts up a post) are not saved with post_content in the database therefore the search is not finding any content related to the query. My tech proposes just making each author block separately, but that’s not an ideal solution because it helps us for them to be reusable blocks so if an author’s details change, the block will update throughout the site. Perhaps this an issue with Gutenberg not Newspaper? Do you think we can find a workaround?

See the screenshot so you are clear what I’m talking about.

PHP memory limit is already set to 256MB.

Looking at the logs, the plugin was trying to use 330MB of RAM. Which is more than the majority of sites use in total.

We can access the site but we are still locked out when we try to edit a template. Our host is trying to help but hasn’t come up with anything yet.

Please can you give us some ideas as to what else we can do as this could become a major problem for us if we can’t resolve it.

Thanks
