Yes.

I changed font url, but it wasn’t affected. Then I check options in database and see that problem, td_fonts_css_buffer value didn’t update when changes save.

I guess, you understood me wrong.I mean, some of theme’s part escaped from WordPress’s i18n functions (__ or _e)
