I migrated my site to a new domain and my mega menu is broken, how do I fix it?
Hi!
I have a license for NewsPaper theme that I had activated on my old domain. We discontinued operations on the old, activated domain and I now urgently want to assign the license on the new domain. I am getting a message below: To use a license key on a different domain, you can unassign it from the list anytime after 2024-06-30 19:57:52 UTC + 02:00.
If you encounter issues, please get in touch with us at contact@tagdiv.com.
I need to assign the license to the new domain urgently. Can you please assist, I have sent an email but I only got an automated response
I also want to maintain my navigation and footer as well as saving my theme settings
Can you please show me how to:
backup or a copy of your theme panel settings
change license from one domain to another
Thank you.
Yes, there are there in the composer. I am going to try the plugin troubleshooting soon.
How do I recover my navigation, footer and colors?
I am saying I have successfully switched the demo prebuilt but can no longer see images? Please refer to the image here https://files.fm/u/wp3btvj5dx
So I managed to deactivate the include content button and now my articles are on the front page, but still, my navigation, featured images as well and footer are gone! How do I rectify this?
Thank @Bettina
All errors have been resolved; however, there’s an issue with the footer widgets displaying as blank on the widgets page, even though the footer sections function correctly on the front end.
Additionally, I’m trying to change the categories of posts featured in the popular posts section, but I’m still unable to accomplish this.
Managed to sort it out, it was a standard pack plugin issue
What did you expect that the theme didn’t do? Which theme are you trying to roll back to?
