How do i reduce spacing between each element in Block 9 - reply

The website is not yet published so but what i actually mean is to know how to reduce padding in the whole site. is there any way i can reduce the padding? thank you

Thanks Bogdan, I have sorted it out. It was actually the ISP, I think they had a firewall which is blocking my server. I had to switch to other ISP and everything worked out fine. Thanks all the same.

I have set the recommended parameters but not working at all. I did a fresh install via ftp, still no luck. I dont really know what else to do. Also at theme panel, i was unable to change anything, theme colour header and the rest.
