Have not heard anything back. Could I please have an update

We pulled the WPBakery file off the ThemeForest Newspaper download – I have no idea where to find an older version. Can you provide?

I understand what you are telling me – but how do I fix this? There was anther issue with a plugin that I have since removed (a membership plugin) but in the process of determining what was wrong, someone who thought they were being helpful updated all the other software and plugins. So how do I get back to the version that works with the theme I purchased?

This is unacceptable. As I purchased the theme with the plugin installed from you and not directly from WPBakery, WPBakery will not support their plugin – that falls to you. I’d like a fix to my issue please.

The latest email sent to me asked what the pronm was because the website is functioning. As I write abobe – I am unable to enter through my WP dashboard. I cannot manage the site! Whomever Catalin L. is – they should be adminished for laziness! I need access to my site restored ASAP!

Update – the website is now showing but when I log into the WP dashboard all I get is a blank screen. I’d give you the url to see the image but that would require accessing my WP.

Not working. We have a Leakey Paywall from Zeen101. Could that be playing a role in all this?
