2. I have used the slider from Newspaper theme recommendations it self, and it came as bundled in theme purchase only, you should have some solutions, or tips to load site when we use revelution slider.

Hello, I feel you didn’t understand what I have asked for clearly.
I need to create a newsletter archive page, where image and button are updated every bi-weekly, and all should come on top.
It must be like a custom post type, but I don’t need single posts templates.
