I installed the version of theme 8.1.2 and the comments come back,can someone of the support answer to solve the problem?

I have the same problem all comments are disabled on all pages…

I have disabled all the plugins but the problem is not solved but if you enable the wordpress theme by default the comments return visible

just reactivate the newspaper theme and the comments disappear again.

it is not possible that such a beautiful and functional theme has the top bar menu not responsive !

in theme features is not specified anywhere !!!
