Hi, thanks for the support.

Yes, the problem is that, I’ve written the featured video’s link, I can see it when I connect from Google Chrome but not when I reach from Safari. I didn’t embed any codes, just using the “featured video” text box. Any other recommendations where I should check?

Hi,

It seems there is no problem with the hosting. And we can’t access to “system status” screen also.

…/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_system_status
HTTP ERROR 500

What else should we do?

Sorry, i forgot to text through reply button again.

Edit: Actually, most of the .php files are not working at all. I mean widget.php, customize.php, post.php etc.

Hi,

Thank you. Yes, you are right. I did what you said and update envato market plugin, theme, theme’s plugins. But as you can see that we have some problems with the website. You can browse to see what am i talking about. And we can’t access to the theme panel: …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel . Customize and edit with tdcomposer buttons are not working also. What should we do to fix those?

Same here 🙁 Instagram footer section doesn’t work. It’s showing up, but seems stuck in March. It doesn’t updating itself. What should we do?
