Any news about this issue? TagDiv needs to get more serious about it. 404 are damaging our SEO.

An unfortunate that TagDiv needs to solve it ASAP. Google is penalizing new posts URLs just because those 404 generated by TagDiv Composer. You should advice your users about this problem which is not a minor bug but something that would be very harmful for their SEO.

I’m trying to not go back to Visual Composer since looks that the obvious solution but it would be painful for our server.

I’m using Newspaper 9.0.1 and tagDiv Composer 2.3 (built on 10.08.2018) on two sites: https://www.playerone.vg and https://www.coincrispy.com

Also, I’m using Newsmag 4.5 and tagDiv Composer 2.3 (built on 10.08.2018) on: https://www.tekcrispy.com

I’m still getting error 404 since google crawler is reading the ‘post-xxxxx’ on the URLs.

On the webmaster forums, everyone who has the same error is using Newspaper.

Please help me to fix this because it is hurting our SEO abruptly.

Hi, does this topic has a solution?

I have three websites with the same 404 problem. Both of them use Newspaper and the other one is using Newsmag.

Somebody suggest, in spanish (https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/webmaster-es/vYXkCwRIXnA/Uxmz6ACQAQAJ), that the problem is generated by the theme (Newspaper and Newsmag) treatment on post-id inclusion on the article id and class. Not sure how to fix it but this is hurting our SEO since is giving a 404 error from Google Plus.

Please guys, we need a solution.

Uhmm…that doesn’t solve what I was looking for BUT is also well coming. Look the image I posted, specifically at the second line of one item, it’s not align with the first line.

I was looking for the same: the inclusion of new share options. I hope they’ll update the LinkedIn tutorial because if I use it on NewsMag, it brokes the Whatsapp share option on the mobile versión.

@Chris S, @Andre L I understand your points of views. But I believe that if we use less plugins and let the theme do the thing, it would be better. Jetpack is a great plugin, but it’s very fat. I’m not using it anymore. Anyway, I just say that the tagDiv Team take this as a suggestion, and add some kind of feature to add new social buttons to the sharing sections in future versions of Newsmag and Newspaper (I have both), at least in an easy way. I found 15 post from users requesting something similar. It’s just a suggestion.

Oh nou, that’s quite complex. What I’m looking more simple. I just want to create a menu without “the previews”. Let me explain in different way with examples.

I want to create and modified the menu with editor on WordPress and then use it as the menu just for the homepage. In this menu a just wanna include links for categories, like this:

Now I get it. I change the homepage template using “pagebuilder + title”, and put some big grid showing my content with infinite scroll. But how I can rip off that disgusting title!? XD Please just that….

What I did is disable the share by mail function. I found that plugin has a lot of option very useful than others.
