Can´t add url to images in a header - reply

I did that of course! I inserted the url, saved, refreshed the page, but the url is not there for the image.

Hi, of course I saved it. But when I reload the page nothing is changed.

Other active plugins:
-classic-editor
-updraft plus – backup
-wp super cache
-wp form lite

Hi, thank you, it is fixed. There are more icons now.

However in articles are still first 4 options only. I´ve marked Linkedin, Email, Print in Theme panel. (But not marked Pinterest.) the result is here: https://www.rozumimepenezum.cz/jak-poslat-penize-bez-znalosti-cisla-uctu/
When I reload the Theme panel page, there are marked first 4 options again only :(.

I don’t think you understand me. I don’t need a template for the main page or for the posts. But only for articles.

Hello, thank you. I think the problem is that there is no Cloud library button in the top (for pages):

I have the access to the Cloud Templates but when I try import new one:

there are some Gadgets Pro templates but not for the single page:

Hello, I tried it in the template settings and via tagDiv composer, in neither case did it work.
I tried disabling most other plugins, but that didn’t help either.
According to the server administrator, no module is installed that could affect this.
I am also sending a link to the php configuration here: http://www.rozumimepenezum.cz/info.php
Can you please check if something is wrong there?
