Those tagdiv guys still hasn’t said any sorry although the damage thay caused is tremendous. What a shithead company!!!
+1 for midorin:
This is an issue that should never happen to begin with. How can we even know if itâll happen again and with which frequency? This shouldnât be the type of problem weâd have to deal with, especially when weâve already paid for the theme, to begin with.
@alexavaughn
Exactly what I thought. We bought, we paid the real money. But this fucking error make our viewers think that we’re using pirated theme. All the good things we tried so hard to make our website and our business looks good now maybe destroyed by a fucking stupid error message from a fucking stupid tagdiv team.
I’m finding the new theme right fucking now. Dont want to use any product from these guys anymore.
yeah, it a huge shame. it made my website look cheap and using pirated theme. fuck tagdiv!!!!!!
just a stupid move of tagdiv!
tagdiv is going down for this stupid f*cking sh*t.
unbelievable for this f*cking type or error.
happenning to my site as well. WTF is this f*cking message. how can this f*cking happen. cant believe it!!!!!
Hi Anamaria,
Thanks for the tip. But is TagDiv supposed to load all Gooogle fonts? The import feature is not always a conveniently way to use Gooogle font.
Thanks.
Great. Thanks Calin.
Hi Bettina,
I tried that. I also tried margin and paddling of even top and bottom of the element but no help đ
Hi Anamaria,
Is there any way to make it inherited? This is a common practice.
Thanks.
Perfect. Thank you Anamaria.
Is there any chance TagDiv will have a text editor for this subtitle input? It’s very common that those subtitles are displayed in list. Right now I have to put them in HTML code, which is inconvenient.
itâs still there.
Perfect!
Thanks Anamaria.
Hi Vlad,
Thank you.
Hi Vlads,

Thank you.
I had to delete the mobile theme and re-create it from scratch to temporarily fix it. I believe it is the same bug as I submitted before, here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cache-problem-when-editing-frontpage/
Thanks, Bettina.
Hi Vlad,
Sorry (again) I can’t give you admin and credentials. Actually I’m feeling uncomfortable when you repeatedly asking for login credentials, which most of people won’t willing to share.
I always use default element, default settings and Newspaper still has annoying bugs. Apparently your theme has many problems and you always ask for admin credentials rather than look into your source.
I think this problem won’t be solved, again.
Thanks.
Hi Vlad.
It still no help. I deleted all the styling of the logo (just insert the SVG code). I also tried delete it and re-add it again but the problem still exists.
The logo sometimes display only black and white on Safari. On Chrome, it always only show black and white.
Thank you.
Hmm, I partially solve it by re-installing your theme and then create a dedicated theme for mobile. But this way has another problem. iPad users are detected as mobile as well and load mobile theme, instead of the responsived desktop theme.
I know your mobile theme has a section for iPad but it’s nearly impossible to keep the good UI and UX for both mobile and iPad with just one layout.
Hi Vlads, sorry but I’m not able to give you those credentials.
If you want any information to help you and your team to figure it out, please let me know. My site is: o n t o p [dot] v n.
Right now the problem still exists on mobile devices (iPhone, iPad), when I switch to Desktop View, the frontpage theme change to the right one (the problem occures on mobile view).
Thank you.
Hi Vlads,
I did what you said, but it won’t work. My site is: o n t o p [dot] v n.
Please take a look at it. Thank you.
Hi Vlad,
I did. But the problem still remains.
