Problem solved.
It was css fault. Gallery is no longer lagging after adding this custom css:


@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-doubleSlider-2
{
display: block!important;
}
}

Problems occur only on chrome mobile.

I have the same issues with mobile galleries in my site:/
