hi,
sorry i don’t use video in my website.
the hosting isn’t a problem, i contact them while the problem was occurred and the told me that its coming from a plugin that i’m using in my website (tagDiv composer). its using using many sources.
just to mention that i’ve been using the hosting for over 3 years now with 3 other active websites which receive a lot of traffic everyday and i’ve never faced such a problem, this issue started since the day i installed the theme and tagDiv plugin, so please i would like a solution for this problem as soon as possible or otherwise i would like a refund because this theme is having a huge negative effect on my other websites( my business) because of this plugin in problem i’ve lost money and traffic dropped for about 40%.

it’s horrible, i have 3 websites connected to the same hosting and whenever this problem happen all the other website go down, so lets hope we got an answer for this problem
