I solved the problem by doing the following:
First install the Classic Editor plugin, then disable Featured Images + save, then enable Featured Images + save.

I cannot find a right sidebar menu in Gutenberg. Where is Gutenberg? The attached image shows the screen of the existing post that I want to add a featured image to. How do I find Gutenberg? What is Gutenberg?

Hi Calin,

I used the tagdiv composer to put a flex block 4 just below the header. No post images appear.

Hi Bogdan B.,

I used the tagdiv composer put the mouse over the sidebar titled “Style Hunter” and no rows/columns are displayed. The tagdiv composer functions properly when I hover the mouse over the Current C# Project block.
