Problem solved, although we have Newspaper 8 already, without Visual Composer. We only use TagDiv Composer. So it seemed a TagDiv Composer problem.

Solution: Log out as admin in WordPress. Open your sites domain and use the sign in on top of the screen (not WP admin login). Then it works again.

Thanks all for your replies. IWith help of great support of my host, I finally tackelled the problem. Indeed, it was a plugin: Slider Revolution. Strangly enough it came packed with the theme as I recall.

Hi Bogdan. Indeed, using a different default theme doesn’t solve the problem, but what limitations of our host do you mean? What kind of limitations?

Would be nice to know, if I want to ask my host if they can do something about this.

I already updated Visual Composer and now I’m having trouble recreating homepage with Tagdiv Composer, because I only see code and nothing Visual anymore (td_block codes). When trying to open it with Tagdiv Composer I get “Errors happened during _initStructureData() -> _getData()!”

How can I read the code to recreate the homepage (as advised in another topic of Radu) with Tagdiv Composer. It’s not that easy as told. And will I need to recreate all other pages too I made with Visual Composer?
