Hi Vlad
Hi vlad
I list the points that can help:
– The demo of the installed theme is Magazine Pro: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine_pro/

– When installing for the first time everything works fine with the menu: https://www.screencast.com/t/cGhJHiGgCI

– When editing the pages with the TOC the icons disappear in top level: https://www.screencast.com/t/rlEw6SRpmj

– The Font Awesome 4 Menus plugin is installed and active: https://www.screencast.com/t/nnnCioHLdF7

– The menu has the respective calls to the menus: https://www.screencast.com/t/C9Wlc83Wopoo

– There are two types of active icons: tdc-fonts + fa
– TDC icons are the problem

Thanks! -CGB

Hello
Another thing I have noticed in the code:
– In menus that DOES display icons there is a :: before pseudo-element that calls the following code:
.tdc-font-tdmp-globe :: before {
content: “\ e924”;
}
– In the menus that DO NOT appear, the icons do not come with the pseudo-element and no other code.
I will continue to search for more details to contribute to the solution.

Friend, I have the same problem as you.
Everything I wrote above is the only thing I have detected but I don’t have a concrete solution.
I am sure that, like us, many have that same problem and are patiently waiting for a solution.
I am not a support person, I am only a user with 4 licenses but let’s hope that the TagDiv team will give us attention and a quick solution.

Hello
The same happens to me.
I have analyzed the site in several ways and have noticed the following:
– The pages that were had before installing the template do not inherit the icons of the menu that comes in the demo.
– The pages that are created after importing the demo do have the menu and show the icons.
– When this new page is edited with TDC (TagDiv Composer) that does have the menu and icons as in the demo, something happens: They are not visible on the website but they are visible in the editor.
I have checked the logs in PHPMyAdmin and did not detect any inconsistencies but I suspect that the TDC is not saving ALL menu information correctly. This is probably due to a problem with the memory_limit parameter of PHP or WP-Config.
This may help you detect and correct the problem.
