For anyone who is searching the support forum with the same problem, this problem has been solved by Simion at tech support (thanks Simion). Increasing the wp-memory to 256M fixed it for me. Also don’t forget to check your host php memory limit as well and bump it up if you need to. If you don’t know how to do these 2 things check with your local tech support.

Hi, just wondering what the normal turn around time is on tech support?
It’s coming up on 48 hours (16/02/2021 17:43) when I first sent some detailed debug information to help find this bug.
I followed up my first mail at (17/02/2021 23:16) with additional information I found to aid the debug (yes – I worked on a tech support help desk as well).
I haven’t had any acknowledgment to either mail yet, hence my question on what is the turn around time.
