NEVER MIND!! I figured it out, thanks anyway. 🙂
Good morning Catalin,
Thanks, but since I last emailed I figured it out on my own!
Here’s the simple solution, in case it will help anyone else:
On the permalinks page, I had input the word “topics” under categories, but I also had “topics” under tags. Once I deleted “topics” under tags and left it blank, everything linked up.
Thanks for the absolute BEST and most BEAUTIFUL theme on Themeforest. I’m a forever fan!
Hi Catalin,
Thanks for the reply! I looked at the screenshot and tried to do the same. Then I cleared my cache but I’m still getting a 404 page not found error. It’s probably something very simple but I can’t figure it out. Can I email you?
Thanks!
I’m having a problem with Visual Composer too. It’s not showing on my page, so I can’t use page builder at all. Yet I have the latest version of the theme and visual composer shows in the plugin. It says I need to activate it, but when I try to activate it asks me for a license.
Thank you for all your help Bogdan. I hope it works. 🙂
Hi Bogdan,
YES, that’s exactly what happened. After I updated, I went to Appearance>themes. The previous default theme was still active and version 7.6 (the updated theme) was showing but had not been activated. So I activated version 7.6 and that’s when all my sidebars were stripped. I had the “Default” demo installed.
NEW QUESTION: So what do I do? I’m going to plod back thru and try to reinstall 14 tedious sidebars, because I’m afraid that using the previous backup might destroy my site. But what’s going to happen when it’s time to update again? How can I avoid this happening again?
Just thought of something: I backed up the entire theme in Dec 2016 using Xcloner Backup and Restore. If I restored this, would it conflict with the latest theme update? I’m just trying to find a way to restore my 14 sidebars without having to do it manually.
Bogdan, I’m sorry but I’m not a coder so I have no clue what this means. Does this mean it will add back the sidebars I had at first? I’m sorry but I have 14 unique sidebars and it is a chore re-setting them every time I update. Is there a way to update WITHOUT updating everything so I don’t have to keep going back and trying to remember what I had on my sidebars?
Please help!
So happy you posted this question. I’m wondering the same thing. 🙂

Hi Pierreto, thanks for your explanation. Now I’m beginning to understand. 🙂
Hi Catalain,
Thank you for replying! But I don’t see anything on WHAT a Smart List is. I only see how to make one. Where is the information that tells me WHAT IT IS AND WHAT IT DOES?
I checked the Youtube link you sent and there is no video on Smart Lists.
Followed all the directions and the counter works now. Thanks so much.

Hi Tagdiv,
Loving this theme! Like everyone else, I’ve followed the tutorial and your other suggestions and I’m still getting a 0 count on my Facebook page.
Hi, I figured out the answer to Question #1 myself. I would, however, like to know if there’s a way to limit the “Latest” reviews to the last 20 reviews. I still don’t see a chronological option, only a “Last 7 Days” or “Most Popular” option.
As for Question #2, I have that figured out too.
