Hello,
I am reconnecting again with you about the same issue I seem to be encountering again (as previous conversations). I am using the Homepage – Nature Love design for my draft site design, which us not yet live. And for some reason when I click into the page to edit using Tag Div, and use the editing menu bar on the left under CSS where I would normally edit the cover – feature image at the top of the page, the feature is gone and I am unable to change the current image to something else.
As I am working off a drafting site, if you need to take a look and see what I am referring to, I will need to send across my log in details so you can access.
Let me know.
Regards, Rebecca.
Oh whoops! I thought it was a private conversation. Thank you so much for fixing the issue. I wasn’t able to even change the image which was super strange. The one you have chosen is fabulous. Appreciate it. I will let you know if I encounter any further issues.
Hi there,
The screenshot thing didn’t work, so I thought I would just send across my access for you, so you can checkout the home page for yourself and see if you can work out the problems I am having.
Here is the link to the demo site:
And here are the log in details:

Hello,
Thank you so much for this.
I followed your steps, but something is still wrong.
Is there a way to send across screen captures to you so you can see what I mean. Alternatively,I am happy to send you my access to the backend and you can log in and take a look.
I feel like a border of some sorts on overlays imagery has been selected somewhere by accident and now I don’t know how to revert it back to the original settings. Even after following your steps. It did nothing for the layout of the image. It stayed the same.
Regards, Rebecca.
If you need access to my demo site backend, let me know and I will send those details to you via email.Thanks.
Hello,
Thank you so much. Yes, I think the live link didn’t work as it is a staging site and you will need to log on.
I managed to change the logo with your instructions – thank you.
And the colours changed successfully.
However, I still have two issues that I can’t seem to locate where to find how to edit and change. Apologies. This is my first time using TAGDIV, so I am slowly adjusting to a new type of editing software when I am used to using others.
1. On the home page of this theme, the cover image has a shadow box which shows the title of the website. Is there a way to remove this shadow box, so it’s just one flat image and the text, menu items and logo overlay on top of that?
2. I still can’t seem to remove the DONATE button feature on the home page, which is located to the right of the main menu, which is not he demo site for NATURE also if you check. Can you tell men where to go to remove this please?
Thank you for all of your assistance by the way, you have been amazing in helping me work on this fabulous new way of website designing.
Sorry for all the messages – I think I sent the wrong link – here is it: https://renae.com.au/renae-manos/
Hello,
Thank you for your email – unfortunately the YouTube clip (which I had watched previously) doesn’t seem to work with this Nature Love theme template, as there is no option when I click the manager button to edit logo to change the logo. It is currently on a global template which no way of editing the logo or removing the donate button.
Here is a link to the site so you can see the header:

Let me know if you require log in details to access.

Thank you – all sorted.
I do have another quick question sorry, I can’t seem to locate where to change the logo. Are you able to direct me? At present it still has the Nature Love logo from the demo there, but I need to change this to my own. Your help would be appreciated.
Really loving this theme by the way,. It’s next level stunning and the design aspect really stands out – thanks for such a wonderful design.
I look forward to your help regarding changing the logo.
Warmest, Rebecca.
