I have also problem with mobile theme. Which Cache are you using? Did you have problem showing images on mobile theme?

It’s not related to speed, as if i deactivate the mobile theme, the speed is obviously slower, but the mobile friendliness is there:

As Gdpr it should bé implemented in Head. Ive inserted the code but it doesnt appear when i load the website.
