Need to change the domain and activate the theme to another one - reply

Yes, I understand I can use the theme just to one domain. I reseted the license key, and I removed (deleted) the theme, but still cant activate the theme to another domain.
I receiving the following: ”Envato API is down, please try again later….”
Can you check please?
