Is there a fix I can do to patch my install for now?
Right now, basically I cannot use the Smart Lists, which is one of the features that I really liked about this theme.

Thank you for the response.
How long does it normally take for the dev team to decide to fix these type of issues?
Is there a temporary fix I can do on my side to get the description to show?

Was this issue ever fixed? I just purchased the theme this weekend and am having the same issue – only smart list 8 works. All the others are missing the Description.
