I have exactly the same issue.
Everything is set up and i keep on getting legend “Video playlistVideo ids were not found or can’t be retrieved.”

What should i do???

If i diactivate tagDiv Cloud Library it works ….

What should i have to do????
There are a lot of forum post about the same thing but the answer always was “send us admins credentials”
