hello, now i can not edit blog posting… why?

when i try to edit a blog post i get:

i turned off nginx cache on server, i dont have cloudflare, i even put a no cache string on my url it still didnt work, nothing works on my end:

on mine https://2daydubai.com i just installed a fresh copy, i have no cache handler at all.
