Gow can I remove/permanently delete Saved Elements?

The theme has two preset default Google Fonts: Open Sans and Roboto.
Theme Panel – Theme Fonts – Post Title says Default Font.

Which Open Sans or Roboto is used?

Will the changes be propagated across whole web where saved element is used or changes apply to new components only?

If I use Default font on elements, what font is used? Open Sans or Roboto? Where can I set the needed one?

It was other plugin ewww. We switched on lazy load.
BTW I recommend ewww to create WEBP image format.

Re fonts. This is next step we are going to look after. There are plenty fonts from templates. If you have good advice, how to approach this, let me know.
