Again, this problem with logging in only started after I gave you access to my website. This can’t be a coincidence. I understand if you are able to easily gain access, but now I can’t easily access my own website.

Thanks for the response, glad to see the post styles working. However, still have had no explanation to why we have had trouble logging into our website ever since giving username and password to your team. We will login, then it continually kick us out to try and login and “prove our humanity.” But we would never be able to gain access. This only started happening after we sent the info, never before.

Any guidance?

Please respond. After sending you username and password as your team member requested, we haven’t been able to access sites. And multiple things have gone wrong as well. This effecting our business and we will ask for a refund if this not resolved promptly. Especially after your team disregarded the original problem that went on and said it was “fixed” when your team member was talking about a completely different part of the website. The service so far has been a disaster.

Hello Again,

We are also now experiencing problems logging in ever since we sent our username and login to your team. The website keeps sending us into loops to resubmit login information.

Please provide guidance to resolve.

Hello,

Had one of your team members email me saying that there are no issues, point to a completely different thing then I originally posted as the problem with my site. So it seems that someone didn’t read this thread from the start or there is a miscommunication.

Also, the site is now not allowing us to make edits to post and changes. So can you please promptly and correctly resolve the problem that I brought up.

Turned that off and nothing changed, still facing the same problem. Also, always had that on even before we had the problems and didn’t effect the featured image.

Any other checks?
