i disabled the all plugins (tested and untested) and clear all the caches (and i never changed any css code of the theme).
And upgraded to from 8.1 to 8.2.
But The problem is still continue..!
Can we add the to any extra css code for fixing?.

Also the ‘other news button’ and the ‘related news’ pagination not working.

You said ‘Must be larger’ but the Grid screen is too large so its not possible to find fit picture for every post.
is it possible to resize Grid screen more smaller with css? and Do you recommend decreasing or increasing the grid size?

i changed something on the panel but not going to change on web site.
