I didn’t use the key in any website, I was trying to say that I want to use the key in client’s website but the main issue is that, key is already in use. therefore I wasn’t able to contact with you since I buy the key and themeforest support helps me to remove support account, which is associated with my license key and then I created new account with my email. How this can possible that an account is already in use with the license key which is recently purchased. Now I just want to get my license key, kindly help me to get the license key with expiry of same as my current key.

Anamaria please delete the previous key and give me the new one, I’m not able to use my to on my personal website and the other website isn’t in my access, otherwise, tell me the method to get a refund.

My client is no more connected with me now?, can you please disconnect all the websites, which are connected with my license key.
