Is setting a featured image the solution to this issue? What about posts that do not require images? It’s concerning that the tadDiv team does not seem to have a proper support system in place.
What is the status of the investigation into this issue? It’s disappointing that there is no resolution yet.
Any update on this issue?

This is a fresh installation and I haven’t touched any of the code or installed any plugins other than TagDiv plugins. If possible, we can have a Skype/Zoom call so that I can share my screen and show you the issue.
Please install the pre-built website “Tech News PRO,” create a new post, and view it in the browser to see the issue.
Anyone who reads this forum can try this, and they will likely face the same issue.

The pre-built websites available in the theme should look good. But it looks broken as I shared in the previous screenshot. Why is that?
Where is the tagdiv composer located, are you able to tell that?

I selected the post template you can see in the screenshot, and I filled in the source link and source URL in the composer. However, after creating the post, those links are not visible anywhere.
Even if I don’t add any images, the post becomes annoying, as shown in the second screenshot. Try to understand issues first.
Where is these settings located as you shared in screenshots, Mention that also.
Did you check the screenshots I provided? As you can see in the screenshot above, the post author’s name and date are placed over the post content. Another issue is that the source name and link, which were added from the post editor options, are not showing under the post.
