My site homepage was down for two hours and suffered a lot. Considering switching to other themes. Unacceptable

Hello,

The problem was the Jetpack plugin when deactivated CSS Analyzer is worked but take around 30 minutes to complete.
About Performance, I didn’t see many improvements.

I updated accidentally and suffered a lot. I lost everything and back to 10.3.9.1
Note: Theme is not updated since December 11th, 2020.
