It looks like I was using a custom post template that didn’t have the review components. You can mark this one as closed.

Correction, looks like it’s not in Russian, just backwards and upside down. I don’t even know how you create a screencast like that! lol

Your screencast is upside down. Also, it’s not clear what you’re changing and in what order as yours is in Russian.

Can you please provide a step by step on how to fix the template so that the article body displays before the “related stories” block on mobile. Also, I would like this to apply to all posts. Will editing the template from the back-end wordpress “cloud templates” area achieve this?
