Hi,

I did a fresh install of the version 8.0 theme by following your documentations and now the pagination part of the blocks are not working it returns klgadgetguy.com/#. The background still does not have a link even when i have done the way you have told me to do. I am sorry to rush you on this but its taking too long to solve this issues as you guys are taking too long to reply, and now there is a new issue which is the pagination. I need a solution ASAP as this is damaging to my website in terms of the happiness of my client. Please reply me..

i updated the theme to version 8.0 but the background ad is still not clickable. Is there something else i can do?

hi,

Thank you for the reply i understand how the average works but as i mention before if i were to put values where the average value has many decimal places it will not round off the numbers to a one decimal place.

As for the background ad i am using the default method to implement image as you can see here:

Hi,

Alright i understand but as i mention before i disabled all plugins and the problem is still there, and a clean install will lead to downtime which is something we cannot afford to do now as traffic is high on weekdays. Is there a possible way for me to hard code the URL into the background ad image?

I am also facing another problem where the background ad cant be clicked. I have already set the URL for it to be directed to a page but it still does not work. Please help as this is very urgent

Hi,

I found out the issue and it has to do with the score not being a multiple of 5 (e.g. 56%, 79%, 67%) it will show many decimal places. I have disable plugins that are not supported but the problem is still there. Is there any other solution rather than sticking to only multiple of 5.

Thank you very much that fixed the problem. One more slight thing is what classes do i need to target to change the height of the 3 containers in the header? I would like to make it more compact/closer to each other. Thanks again

Is there also a way to make the background ad more responsive as it lets cut off when on smaller resolution screens.
