Hi,
I having an issue with the review score as it is showing too many decimal places
example: http://klgadgetguy.com/2017/03/25/gamdias-zeus-p1-rgb-optical-gaming-mouse-review/
is there a setting for this? Or is there something wrong with the coding
Thank you
Hello sieg20,
Please check the bottom of the following post page from this link -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-htc-nexus-8-with-64-bit-processor-4gb-of-ram-and-8mp-camera-leaks/ This should have to be the default Review behavior with our theme. If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
I found out the issue and it has to do with the score not being a multiple of 5 (e.g. 56%, 79%, 67%) it will show many decimal places. I have disable plugins that are not supported but the problem is still there. Is there any other solution rather than sticking to only multiple of 5.
Thank you
Hello sieg20,
The most ‘healthy’ advice in this regard is to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please keep in mind that I cannot re-create this issues to my side, sorry! The Review feature work as expected.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Alright i understand but as i mention before i disabled all plugins and the problem is still there, and a clean install will lead to downtime which is something we cannot afford to do now as traffic is high on weekdays. Is there a possible way for me to hard code the URL into the background ad image?
Thanks for all the help
Hello,
The total review score simply creates an average between the review scores set. In your case it’s ( 90 + 85 + 85 + 80 + 80 ) / 5
This is how an average works. It is not a 5 by 5 step. The function simply adds all of the entry numbers and divides them by the number of entries added. The average in this case will be 84.
As for the background click ad, you are not using the default implementation of the background click ad from the theme. You will have to add a background to your site using the theme panel as this guide suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-ads/
Thank you!
hi,
Thank you for the reply i understand how the average works but as i mention before if i were to put values where the average value has many decimal places it will not round off the numbers to a one decimal place.
As for the background ad i am using the default method to implement image as you can see here:
Background ad image: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwPRrE-2X3k-RWllZm9TN0R2LVU/view?usp=sharing
Background ad link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwPRrE-2X3k-dEc3Nk1Iby1JTDA/view?usp=sharing
The scoring system is not a priority but the background ad link is, I really need a solution to that. Please and thank you.
Hi,
Regarding the background ad not working properly, there was a problem with this feature in the previous theme version. Please update your theme to the latest version, because this issue is fixed now, and it should work properly

Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
I did a fresh install of the version 8.0 theme by following your documentations and now the pagination part of the blocks are not working it returns klgadgetguy.com/#. The background still does not have a link even when i have done the way you have told me to do. I am sorry to rush you on this but its taking too long to solve this issues as you guys are taking too long to reply, and now there is a new issue which is the pagination. I need a solution ASAP as this is damaging to my website in terms of the happiness of my client. Please reply me..
Thanks
Hi,
We try our best to reply as soon as possible, but there is a high volume of activity on the forum at the moment, due to the new update and new tagDiv composer editor.
It seems that the theme maybe did not install properly. You should try this method for best results – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Most important is to deactivate all the plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and check again. On a fresh install the pagination works with no problem what so ever, also the background ad.
Thanks
