Christopher is a long time WordPress user. Anything else you need to know is private ;-) I *do not* work for TagDiv, but I've been using their themes since late 2013.

All your links seem to point at some coinlinks ico bitcoin site. This implies site might have been hacked. See the fixes on my link above ASAP.

Site might have been hacked, be sure to check it completely for issues:

https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-good-basic-security-practices/

If it’s only one page; try removing links to any other sites on that one page which may lead to “malware” or compromised sites — as this will then impact YOUR site.

Read the instructions from Google search console completely.

Theme cannot control what content you actually put on your website, obviously.

Disable from ‘post settings’ ?

Or, for modules/blocks – go to the blocks settings > ‘meta’

Hi, I’m so sorry … forgot to include the link I meant to include (doh):

https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/webmasters/

simchris

Isnt there an admin setting for that in visual composer settings?

simchris

Perhaps read the facebook docs on how sharing works. Read the docs for yoast seo on how open graph tags work. Also, google great tool to find info.

I dont work here. Just some feedback.

Check system status once you activate. Try disabling plugins before trying to use.

You can keep using np 6. You dont have to upgrade!!!

You can also use the uodated version of visual composer included with np 8 if you choose to move to np 8 !!!

Do a search replace in post meta via mysql with phpadmin or similar

simchris
tagDiv Member

Sounds like a caching issue.
Try disabling all your caching plugins and see if that fixes it.

Also make sure the thumbs are activated for the sizes where the video thumb is missing.

A lot of people seem to use ‘syntax highlighter evolved’ plugin lately

There is no legal ‘amp’ version of this theme.

As I mentioned, use this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/

simchris

usually a caching, or micro-caching issue.

What *I* do for our sites
a) clear transients with WP-Optimize plugin
b) resave permalinks

then it works. Same with changing RSS feeds, etc. all sorts of transients seem to get stuck with WP, regardless of theme or browser.

Hope that helps. Worth a try, anyway.

FYI, new Safari on IOS11 is working *much* better except on some websites badly coded (like LA Times website where the site just locks up due to pop over, scroll up, mid point ads, just killing the page regardless of browser… totally sucks!)

Make sure you add proper open graph tags (OG tags) for FB to capture content.

Better to do
News/tv
News/music

Or. Music-news

Individual page for each author created automatically by WordPress .. see the WP docs (codex) on how WP makes pages for you.

For a ‘lineup’ page, you might need a plugin to do that.

Not sure if the author widget included with theme can be used on page or not. Sorry not best answer.

( I don’t work here. )

Simply use the official AMP plugin by Automattic, found in wordpress.org plugin directory. (By official, I mean it’s made by WordPress … )

Are you sure they arent sent… or just not received. Two totally different things. Check your domain with RBLs to see if spam blocked. Theme doesnt manage sending email. Check error log for failure on sending email. Try manual email test via smtp to hotmail account from your domain.

You might look at AdRotate plugin, then setup ad groups that go into the ad slots using the custom ad procedure for different div spaces.

Might not be what you’re looking for.

I”m sure TagDiv will answer, with pointers to the code file you might want to hack to add additional functions for more ad units.

We ended up using AdRotate here.

I’m using this one, but you may need to try different one, as it seems to vary by site/server. The first one we tried didn’t work, but that was due to PHP 5.4 at the time. Now on 5.6 everything worked. Not sure if this plugin work with php 7 or not.
