still continue. pics are resize but why can i not use them? plugin resize them like 100×70 but post thumbnails not change

i try Force Regenerate Thumbnails, Regenerate Thumbnails, Thumbnail Upscale and AJAX Thumbnail Rebuild. But problem still continue. My site is http://www.gurmetech.net
