Thank you very much for your reply and the clarification regarding the cache behavior of Flex Blocks.
We are already familiar with the method described in the link you provided, and we have used the theme panel’s cache clearing option under System Status. Unfortunately, this does not resolve the issue we are facing.
The main problem is that the Block Cache Expiration Time setting does not seem to work as intended, as also mentioned by other users in the support thread. As a result, the mobile version of our homepage does not update and continues to display outdated content — which makes it effectively non-functional.
At the moment, we have been forced to disable the mobile frontpage layout entirely, and mobile users are now served the desktop homepage as a fallback.
Please, we kindly ask for your urgent assistance in identifying a working solution. We are running a high-traffic news website and need the mobile homepage to function reliably with fresh content.
thank you for your time! It worked!
hello,
I have manage to hide date on post page for specific category.
.single .category-live-cameras .td-post-date {
display: none;
}
However I wasn’t able to hide date from category page.

could you please help us?
I installed xcache (php opcode).
Also I filtered internal dummy connections so they don’t reach wordpress (.htaccess)
Since these two changes, the behavior of server has been improoved dramatically.
My aim is to update PHP to version 5.6, but I read that is not possible on Centos.
Also, I am not really sure about it as our portal is live with about 20000 users / day.
I guess it will happen one day, after the next WP update …
Since v4.12 is the last version of Visual composer before version 5.0, does it worth to update? Or I will have to update theme and PHP version too ?
Am asking as am not quiet sure and I don’t want to brake things.
Apart that, if you update theme, then you have to use page builder instead of VC.
So what’s the point of updating VC at the first place?
any help will be much apreciated
hmmmm, am afraid upgrading the theme to the latest version is not an option at the moment.
However, I will consider of updating the visual composer. I think 4.2.1 is a bit old, dont you think? What is the last version before page builder?
would you please paste the altered function get_comments() ?
thanks in advance
thank you for your quick response and help
1) Unfortunatelly the code has no effect to my request. (i have clear and disable all caches)

2) would apreciate if anyone can offer some help on this.
problem solved! Thank you
thank you for your reply.
As the site is live and i am afraid of doing it, is there a pro that can do the update for us?
Or maybe it’s easier to downgrade wordpress? Please advise as this has become very critical.
I updated wordpress version to 4.5.2 and newspaper version to 6.5.1
Visual composer is not working (shows nothing). Visual composer version is 4.7.4
If I upgrade VC to the latest version, without updating the theme to version 7 is this going to solve the problem ?
