Ah, found the problem. Needed to enable all the field types in Visual Composer under specific settings for ‘Administrator’.

May worth an explanation in future documentation updates.

Thanks 🙂

Hi Lucian, thanks for your response. However, I tried putting the ad codes in as follows, and it seems to be working perfectly!

<div class="td-visible-desktop">
<script id="mNCC" language="javascript"> medianet_width='600'; medianet_height= '120'; medianet_crid='506675382'; </script> <script id="mNSC" src="http://contextual.media.net/nmedianet.js?cid=8CUF92N71" language="javascript"></script>
</div>
<div class="td-visible-tablet-portrait">
<script id="mNCC" language="javascript"> medianet_width='468'; medianet_height= '60'; medianet_crid='703118392'; </script> <script id="mNSC" src="http://contextual.media.net/nmedianet.js?cid=8CUF92N71" language="javascript"></script>
</div>
<div class="td-visible-phone">
<script id="mNCC" language="javascript"> medianet_width='300'; medianet_height= '250'; medianet_crid='266237453'; </script> <script id="mNSC" src="http://contextual.media.net/nmedianet.js?cid=8CUF92N71" language="javascript"></script>
</div>

Many thanks,

stuart

Thank you Alin. I realise that I would need to repeat with different ad sizes for different screen sizes, but was just using the desktop example rather than all sizes to prevent my post being too long!

What I was getting at was whether I replaced the whole line with my entire code <script id=”mNCC” language=”javascript”> medianet_width=’600′; medianet_height= ‘120’; medianet_crid=’708473874′; </script> <script id=”mNSC” src=”http://contextual.media.net/nmedianet.js?cid=8CUF92N71″ language=”javascript”></script>

I’ll give it a go and see what happens!

Ah. It translated the code into an image. Hope you still understood my meaning!

Hi Alin, thanks for your reply. I have found this morning that it looks fine on Firefox and Safari, but not on Chrome. I have tried emptying the cache and resetting Chrome, but nothing so far. Still trying to sort it out, but at least it works on a couple of browsers!

Many thanks,

stuart

UPDATE – only seems to be an issue on desktop. Tablet and mobile both look good.
