Yes Andrel, the site has always worked. It was the forbidden entry to the back end which remained unsoleved with all efforts. I contacted NAMECHEAP and they had updated their firewall and not re white listed all sites. It works again.

this coul;d be an issue between you and adsense. if you are using adsense look to see if you are a HOSTED member of Adsense or a FULL MEMBER. Hosted member means you joined the adsense program via say YouTube, and you are an adsense member for youtube ONLY hence a hosted member of adsense hosted by Google.
You will need to convert to a full member. To do this, google has to see and approve your web site. This is boring, but there are posts on this and it is best to read and follow instructions.

the only other new thing noticed was that Jean was editing and updating pages I was getting pings, an email to say there was a ping back. I had never had those before.

Thanks Chris,

tried that, sadly no luck. Have washed all cookies out too.

I had installed Bookings.com plug in but that was working fine

I had put an HTML page in the route to get an affiliate to verify.

But again, working after that was done.

My Mac died and I tried to get in via PC and that was first time I had message.
I could still get in via my wife’s log in, another administrator, but hers died while editing a page.

now we both get that error

xplugins is done. made no difference.

I have sent your reply sent to me, below, to Adsense and asked them what to do next….

you wrote –
The theme is tested and ad system works fine, it also respects google’s standards. Our theme adapt the ad-sense code for all devices but its main structure remains the same. I’ve also checked your site and the theme render the code properly but google deliver blank ads: http://screencast.com/t/585kefmCH2w This usually happens while your account is still on approval stage, for more details please check this link: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1208336?hl=en
You can also try to test the ad-sense code using a js raw from Vistula Composer: http://screencast.com/t/OoSNNAO1zK6 Like this theme’s ad system won’t be involved in code rendering.

I am a long time adsense user and understand blank ads, and this site had blank ads since the day I bought it, quite some time. Google could not see the approval for the reasons THEY stated. I will send them your reply as they seem to be trying to help me and not just sending me ideas for code and plug ins.

the reply I posted was from Adsense, they don’t like the code your adsense friendly web theme produces. I bought the theme as it was easy, now I have to learn and ad plug ins. Seems that is miss selling.
I am trying to flag a potential problem. Adsense want to see their variable auto sizing codes, your adsense theme apparently destroys them, and apparently could have been coded differently.

Is there another solution.

Adsense are taking a special look at my adverts now, manually as their auto system throws it out.

Just saying…… just trying to make stuff work. So you can tell me not to put fixed sizes in when they have told me to do that. So, does this theme hate fixed sizes, is that another problem…..

We have been speaking with Adsense and the THEME is causing the issue, Adsense give an AUTO sing code, then the THEME adds parameters, so the code that Adsense see is theirs altered. People are scratching heads as we speak…..
