Hi,

I investigated further, and discovered that once i disable tagdiv composer plugin, i can atleast see the whole post. But as soon as i activate it again, the post is not displayed fully and in the bottom, i am getting the following text.

The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

Hi,

Purged and CDN and cache. But the issue still remains.
The button appears fine on Chrome. But no on firefox and safari.

Hi,

Yes. Understood.
So, in the mobile editor, how do i list the post of a selected category?

Harish

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

My question is not pertaining to the home page. I am aware that the mobile does not recognize the TD composer elements. I have nobissue with the mobile homepage as it works as expected.

My query is with regards to the category archives pages. I have made custom pages for category archives using TD composer elements. When I use mobile theme, such pages are empty. I wanted to know if i can show the legacy category archive on mobile in such cases. If yes, then what should i enter in the mobile theme editor of the page?

Regards,
Harish

Hi

I have already followed all the steps as per the guide. As I mentioned even the pages created using td builder are not rendering properly as per the screenshots in the previous post.

Hi,

This error is coming from the nextscripts auto poster plugin. Make sure that you have updated to the latest version of the plugin. I believe that they have already fixed this issue in the last update.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply. But once i changed this color, now the hover color does not change at all. The color remains the same even when i hover the mouse on it.

Hi,

I did not mean that. I meant to say that once the page opens, then there is no underline in the menu.
For example:

http://www.harishzone.com/hollywood/

Here once the page is loaded there should me an underline for the “hollywood” menu.

As seen in the demo

http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/category/tagdiv-video/#

there is an underline under video to indicate that the menu is selected and active.

Hi,

I just noticed that this issue is only on smaller screen mobiles. When i try to open it in Iphone 5s, it is coming as this.

whereas if i open in iphone 6, it is coming correct as shown in your reply.

Hi,

Why didn’t I think of that.
I have made a mobile menu as you advised and its OK now.

Thank you.

hi,

The “Bollywood” and “Southzone” menu has submenu under it. The submenu is appearing in desktop, but no appearing when i use mobile theme plugin.

But I already have pages and posts in my site. And I am also using custom codes from theme panel. Will i loose this if i install the dark layout?

Hi,

I have changed the icon to “fa-film”, which is already being used in “hollywood” menu. But still it does not appear in the mobile, whereas the icon was already and is still appearing in the “hollwood” menu.

I believe that the menu icon is not appearing, if it has any submenu items. In the site, “Bollywood” and “SouthZone” has submenus and “Hollywood” does not have any submenu. May be that is you the icon is appearing the “Hollywood” but not appearing in “Bollywood” and “SouthZone”.

Hi,

In the screenshot, if you notice, there is no icon for “Bollywood” and “SouthZone” menu, and just above those menu there is a small black box-like image in the left. But if you see the same menu in desktop, you can see that it has “BAR” icon (three vertical lines).

Hi,

But will I be able to use all the features of the plugin without entering the key?

svharishtech

It worked. But it shows the title as well. Is there any way that i just show the breadcrumb but without the page title?

I tried the same. But still no change.
Is it because that the images may be taking more than 2 seconds to load?
Because in the theme panel i see the following message

“The animation effect is canceled if all the required images are not loaded in 2 seconds. ”

I understand that I may just be doing a workaround to fix the issue. But so far i have not noticed any adverse effects after i made the change and the site seems to be working fine. I will dig up further if i discover any issues.

Thanks for your support.

I have added some lines in custom CSS and it now seems to be working fine.
i believe that the td-module-thumb height was same for td_module_mx1 as well as td_module_mx2.

td_module_mx1 is the class for the first image in the block, which is bigger than the other images in the block.
That’s why the video logo was not appearing to be proper in the smaller images, because it was aligned to be in center of the overall image placeholder height, which was same as the height of the big image.

So i added a css to set the height of images in td_module_mx2 and it seems to be working fine now.

Thank you.

I tried the same and also disabled cloudflare CDN. But the issue remains.
I have traced down the issue to the class .td-module-thumb.
But if i give a fixed height to this class, it is effecting the submenu thumbnails in the mega menu too.

edit:

http://www.harishzone.com

There are many images in the home page, but it does not appear to be having lazy loading.

Correction:

I just noticed that the issue is there even on PC, if i resize the browser window to the size of an iPad.
It seems like the issue with responsive CSS.
