We have that plugin already active but the old shortcodes are still showing.

Hi,
Thanks for the response. I understand what you’re saying and I would like to update to the latest version of the theme. I realize I will lose customizations but I am very concerned I will lose content. Is this the case? Will I actually lose 6000+ posts of content published over the last several years? Please advise, Thank you.

My team is also experiencing the problem.

I tried the recommended edit to the style sheet and it did not fix the issue. Do you have any other suggestions while we wait for the theme update?

It was the setting in Theme Panel > Template Settings.
That did the trick. Thank you so very much for the quick response.
