Oddly, the previews have suddenly started working. The only change is that server company just finished installing the SSL certificate.

All’s fixed now.

Are you using Yoast SEO premium?

I am having the same problem and cannot get it resolved as yet.

Hi Calin,

I made an amendment to my .htaccess file by inserting the command “Rlimitmem max” on the first line. This got Cloud Templates working.

Until now I had increased the memory limit in php.ini only – which is what your requirements stipulated but that does not work.

After setting Rlimitmem in .htaccess, I then removed the memory_limit setting from php.ini and Cloud Templates continue to work without a problem.

Can you please cancel the request sent via email?

That is mighty puzzling. My server meets all your requirements. This is the fifth website I am creating using Newspaper. In the previous four instances, as with this, my server meets all your requirements but yet the plugin failed to connect to your cloud templates. Only when you login into my control panel then it starts working.

What exactly is it that you are doing in there that you won’t let me do on my own?

I’ve emailed you the login details.

P.S. On this occasion, I can access the cloud templates from TagDiv Composer when I am editing the homepage. I can import headers, footers and other sections but it restricts access to single posts templates.

After posting this query I found other posts about EasyWP and it would appear that there is a problem with Newspaper operating on EasyWP sites.

If you can confirm that for me, I will move house.
