this worked. thank you!
they are the same. stage is a copy of prod and we did not change any settings.
credentials emailed, thank you!!!!!
is there any extended support? i have been struggling with mobile issues for days. reading documentation and following all the guides. i have several tickets with no resolution… i am willing to provide my admin credentials.
i have the cache plugin, and use it constantly
the theme is updated
wordpress is updated
unnecessary plugins are deactivated
i used the specific mobile content editor for mobile content (its broken)
i tried to use a tagdiv styled page for the homepage by deactivating mobile for that page. WONT WORK…
please.. please. i am concerned my client will need it very soon.
i have been using WP Super Cache plugin this whole time with no luck on this particular issue. and i am unclear on the deactivation direction. if i deactivate AMP and the mobile theme i do then get the homepage. but i want all of my other pages to be using the mobile theme, i also want the mobile theme navigation as the naturally responsive one from the theme is not a good UX.
so, i want the mobile theme one but just want to use the responsive page i designed for the homepage.
√ i do have the latest version of wordpress installed.
√ clearing cache is a never-ending routine with this theme (WP Super Cache installed)
√ non theme plugins deactivated
√ Theme updated
X still broken
other thoughts?
that worked, thanks
how was it fixed? do i need to run an update?
currently the line breaks are not working. if i add a <p> tag in the text view, it gets removed as soon as i move to the visual tab.

should i disable both AMP and mobile theme plugin? then do i just turn them back on to check or do i wait? i do need them on to have the mobile theme working.
i sent my site url to tagDiv Support <contact@tagdiv.com>
i am not comfortable giving any admin access without discussing with my tech team. we are trying to resolve this without engaging our DEV resources. for now i provided the site URL via email.
how can i do that privately since its a client project?
thanks for responding but it does not seem you read my issue….. as i am already doing all the things you mentioned
We have added in mobile content on the homepage (in the WP editor at the bottom)
so please, my problem is… looks like hard returns in the text are not being recognized and all the content clumps together. <p></p> not working, <br> is not working. i put code in the text side and once i switch to the visual it is being removed.
so… very hidden and not related but this content showed up when i turned on the “front page grid” on the mobile theme.
i do however still need help with the content that is showing up. looks like hard returns in the text are not being recognized and all the content clumps together. <p></p> not working, <br> is not working. i put code in the text side and once i switch to the visual it is being removed.
Thank you for the response!
I’m specifically seeing this issue on post pages though.

i am having a similar issue i think. we have fully created a site on desktop and now testing on mobile and tablet we are seeing completely different designs. it looks like the sample content we loaded in the beginning is showing on mobile. we want the same as estefi, just have the desktop site respond down to mobile like most WordPress sites do.
