I am sorry but I am not willing to give the password to my website in plaintext over email, there must be some other way around this, that is simply not a safe approach.

It still seems to persist, I disabled the plugins but I am still not able to modify any of the quote blocks, see the link:

Is there anything else I can do to try and fix this, it is starting to drive me up a wall.

I only have these plugins installed:

None of them should have any conflict as they are related to the newspaper theme, I just tried opening wordpress in a new version incognito chrome, still the exact same.

Thanks for the answer and sorry for being unclear but I am referring to the blocks in the post, i.e. when I have a block in my post that is a quote.
