You continue copying and pasting the same documentation after I proved to you that what you suggest is NOT WORKING.
This theme is faulty, broken and non-functioning in any way, the sale of it is a SCAM and I have claimed a full refund through ThemeForest now.
You’d better process it quickly and give me my money back so this painful and useless conversation can come to an end.

Ok, let’s try the harsh way then: I find it extremely annoying that you CONTINUE TO IGNORE MY REQUEST TO BE ABLE TO SEND YOU SCREENSHOTS AND/OR TO GET EMAIL SUPPORT.
NONE of what you showed works.
Do you understand that?
Do you understand that I keep uploading a logo everywhere I can upload a logo and that the site STILL SHOWS THE SAME PRE-BUILT SITE LOGO?
Do you understand that every single customisation, even the most basic ones like colors and fonts FIRST GET SAVED AND THEN DON’T SHOW UP IN THE SITE?
Look, I bought this theme to be able to customise it.
If even adding up a stupid logo turns out to be impossible and you DON’T ENABLE SCREEN SHARES NOR DECENT EMAIL SUPPORT, I’m going to claim a full refund.

Do you mean that these options won’t work if I use one of the pre-built sites?
And this is not what the Theme Panel looks like, by the way. I am talking about colors and fonts, you are referring to headers and footers here.
Again, if you tell me how to share screenshots or contact you properly I can explain what I mean.

You are suggesting for the logo the same thing I’ve been doing, but it’s still not working.
And, apart from the logo, the main thing is that everything I do in the Theme Panel doesn’t reflect on the site.
If I want to change something in the Home, of course, I’ll go and change it through the tagDiv composer by editing the Home’s static front page, but I expect the main and general settings like colours and fonts for every page of the site to be edited from a Theme Panel.
But everything I’m changing in the Theme Panel is being ignored on site.
I would gladly show you screenshots and videos to see how it’s not working, but it looks like I cannot upload media here and I’m getting your updates from a noreply address.
I cannot post the URL site here either as all the work it’s been done backend and you wouldn’t see your theme there at the moment.
How shall I contact you properly?

Also, none of the customisations I do on the Theme Panel ever reflects on the website. I’ve been selecting colours and fonts and nothing is changing.

Thank you.
I’ve managed to change the logo, but it only shows up correctly on desktop and tablet. The old default logo is being kept for mobile, although I specifically added the correct image in the Mobile section of the Logo composer.
Plus, I’m getting the “Invalid page template. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” error all the time.
How do I fix that?
