Just bought the theme, I chose NEWSPAPER WEEK PRO https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_week_pro/ as a pre-built template, I tried to upload a logo but that “Newsweek” header just won’t go away.
How do I add my logo to this template?

I’ve managed to change the logo, but it only shows up correctly on desktop and tablet. The old default logo is being kept for mobile, although I specifically added the correct image in the Mobile section of the Logo composer.
Plus, I’m getting the “Invalid page template. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” error all the time.
How do I fix that?
Also, none of the customisations I do on the Theme Panel ever reflects on the website. I’ve been selecting colours and fonts and nothing is changing.

You are suggesting for the logo the same thing I’ve been doing, but it’s still not working.
And, apart from the logo, the main thing is that everything I do in the Theme Panel doesn’t reflect on the site.
If I want to change something in the Home, of course, I’ll go and change it through the tagDiv composer by editing the Home’s static front page, but I expect the main and general settings like colours and fonts for every page of the site to be edited from a Theme Panel.
But everything I’m changing in the Theme Panel is being ignored on site.
I would gladly show you screenshots and videos to see how it’s not working, but it looks like I cannot upload media here and I’m getting your updates from a noreply address.
I cannot post the URL site here either as all the work it’s been done backend and you wouldn’t see your theme there at the moment.
How shall I contact you properly?

You can find the cloud template here and you can edit them -> https://i.imgur.com/tt3IBYa.png this will apply to all posts/categories that use the template.

And this is not what the Theme Panel looks like, by the way. I am talking about colors and fonts, you are referring to headers and footers here.

Look, I bought this theme to be able to customise it.
If even adding up a stupid logo turns out to be impossible and you DON’T ENABLE SCREEN SHARES NOR DECENT EMAIL SUPPORT, I’m going to claim a full refund.

Unfortunately, I don’t understand the aggressive way of addressing this, considering that I explained very well how to change the logo and make customizations.
Now, that your settings are not saved, it may be because you have an error in the console, which I don’t think you have checked, you may have a 403 or 404 error.
Please check if this code is missing from your .htaccess: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ this requirement is not displayed in System Status.
Usually, after you set the code in .htaccess the WP editor works well.
